Day 14

800 jumps done and dusted!
not so hard actually.. except for the pain in the calves after the ordeal...
anxious to know what exercises+food await us tomorrow
need to know asap before i take off for my sailing...

  1. make sure you are stretching your calves AFTER your workout too!!! and throughout the day

  2. Don't sweat it if you sometimes can't get to your new diet immediately, nothing changes so dramatically that you'll go off track using last week's diet for a day or two.
